All new building requires new utility services i.e., new water, sewer, electric, or gas services. Indus Engineering design all new utility services and upgrade existing utility services. We design and prepare plans, fill out required forms and secured approval from utility companies.

NYC Special Inspection

Indus Engineering is a registered special inspection agency with New York City Department of Buildings. We provide a complete range of MEP and other Special and Progress-Inspection services, helping our clients to fulfill New York City Department of Buildings requirement.

Inspections are performed by IE during construction, addressing each specific project’s needs and ensuring that all required element of an installation satisfies DOB requirements. We are authorized to sign TR 1 and TR-8 forms for inspections as required by law of New York City Department of Buildings.
